Bjørsa is a Northern European brand with a curated network of partners across Europe, the USA, and China.

Depending on the item and your location, your order may be shipped from one of our selected logistics centers to ensure the most efficient and careful delivery.
For certain pieces, expedited dispatch is available from local warehouses.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the size and type of item:

In 99% of cases, our customers do not need to pay any additional import duties or taxes — we work hard to ensure smooth delivery worldwide.

However, each country’s customs authority operates independently, and on rare occasions, additional import charges may be applied.
If that happens, we’re happy to fully reimburse the amount — simply send us the official invoice showing the customs fee, and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • We have no control over whether these charges are applied, and they are not imposed by Bjørsa or your postal service.
