Orders

Will you keep me updated on my order?
Yes. You will receive updates at every stage of your order journey:

  • Order Confirmation – Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS confirming receipt.

  • Dispatch Notification – When your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

  • Delivery Confirmation – After delivery, we may invite you to share your experience with Bjørsa to help us refine our service.

We believe that thoughtful communication is part of a thoughtful experience.

Where is my order?
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise noted. Items ordered together may occasionally ship separately. If any item is temporarily out of stock or backordered, we will inform you promptly.

Once your order (or part of it) is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track your shipment anytime via our [Tracking Service] using your tracking number or 4-digit order number with your email address.

Why isn’t my tracking information updating?
After receiving your shipment confirmation, please allow 5–7 business days (or 5–10 for custom/handmade pieces) for tracking to become active. This delay is normal due to initial carrier processing. If tracking hasn’t updated after this time, contact us at info@bjorsa.com — we’re here to help.

My package hasn’t arrived
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe (see our [Shipping Policy]), please email info@bjorsa.com with your order number and item details.

Please note:

  • Delivery may take longer during promotions or holidays.

  • Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels with individual tracking emails.


Payments

How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as local payment methods like iDEAL and Bancontact. Accelerated checkout options include PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Note: Cash on delivery is not available.

Will there be duties or taxes on my package?
In 99% of cases, no extra fees are charged. If duties or import taxes are applied by your local customs, we will fully reimburse you — simply email your customs invoice to info@bjorsa.com.

Please note:

  • Customs fees are assessed by your local authorities and are not included in our shipping costs.

  • If unpaid, shipments may be delayed, returned, or destroyed, and refunds cannot be guaranteed in such cases.


Products

Can this light fixture be used on a sloped or vaulted ceiling?
Many pendants and chandeliers suspended by a cord or chain are suitable. If in doubt, please email info@bjorsa.com with a photo of your space — we’re happy to confirm compatibility.

Are wiring lengths adjustable?
Yes. Most fixtures include adjustable suspension to accommodate different ceiling heights. Product pages include wiring specs, and we’re available for guidance if needed.

Can the light fixtures be customized?
In select cases, yes. Please contact info@bjorsa.com with your request and our team will advise on options.
Note: Additional fees may apply for custom modifications.


Returns & Refunds

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — email info@bjorsa.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Include your full name, order number, and email address.
If your order has already been shipped, you can return it in line with our [Returns Policy].

Can I return my product?

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We offer complimentary worldwide shipping to nearly all destinations. If we encounter any restrictions, we’ll contact you directly.

From where do you ship?
We ship from logistics centers across Europe, the USA, and Asia, depending on the item and destination.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Preparation time: 1–2 business days

  • Dispatch time: 1–3 business days

  • Premium Shipping: 15–35 business days from dispatch

Warranty

Does my light fixture come with a warranty?
Yes. Most fixtures include a limited two-year warranty. If an issue arises within this period, email info@bjorsa.com and we will evaluate and offer replacements as needed under our warranty terms.
