Orders, Returns & Warranty

Changing or Cancelling an Order

If you wish to amend or cancel your order, we kindly ask that you contact us at info@bjorsa.com as soon as possible.
To assist you efficiently, please include your full name, order number, and the email address used during checkout.

We are able to accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours of order placement. After this window, your order may already be in processing and unfortunately cannot be altered or canceled. If your parcel has already been dispatched, you are very welcome to return it in accordance with our return policy.

Please note:
As we strive to dispatch all orders promptly, we may not always be able to accommodate changes once the order has been submitted.


Returns

Are returns complimentary?
At this time, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide pre-paid return labels.

How do I return an item?
To be eligible for return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

  • A return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

To begin the return process, please email us at info@bjorsa.com.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining your proof of postage, as the item remains your responsibility until received at our return location.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days. During peak periods, such as sales or holidays, return processing may take up to 7 business days.

Additional Return Notes:

  • Customization fees (where applicable) are non-refundable

  • Please monitor your return shipment closely to ensure it arrives safely

  • Items returned without prior notification may not be accepted


Received the Wrong Item?

While rare, if you receive an incorrect item, please accept our sincere apologies. Contact us at info@bjorsa.com and we will make it right without delay.


Packages Not Received

If your order has not arrived within 60 business days of dispatch, you may request a full refund.
Please note that we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.


Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

We kindly ask that you double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.
Bjørsa cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed, refused, or returned due to incorrect address details or uncollected packages from customs.

In such cases, a 10% restocking fee will apply.


Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 10% of the order value will be charged in the following cases:

  • The package is refused and returned to sender

  • The package is not collected from customs and is returned

  • A cancellation is requested after the order has already been dispatched


Warranty

All Bjørsa lighting fixtures are protected by a limited two-year warranty. Should you encounter an issue within this time frame, please contact us at info@bjorsa.com.

We will assess the situation and, if applicable, arrange for replacement parts or a new fixture at no additional cost.

Please note:

  • Any defects must be reported within 2 months of delivery

  • Refunds are not issued beyond this period, though we will always offer a suitable replacement in line with our warranty guidelines
